Reference Number 0000254468 Question Acceptance Deadline Sep 08, 2023, 02:00 PM EDT Pricing Lump sum Multiple ventilation ducts with fire shutters (VCF) are present in several places in the 2 office towers as well as in the building's basilaire. Several of the VCFs are inaccessible and require patches of various kinds to allow free access for maintenance work and inspections. The scope of work consists of, but is not limited to: 1.Relocation, addition and cancellation of access hatches as well as fire shutters (VCF). 2.Modifications of ventilation ducts. 3.Relocation of electrical conduits, light fixtures and sprinkler ducts. 4.Manufacture and installation of walkways with fixed ladders or stairs. 5.Modification work on gypsum fallout, patching and painting. Approximately 320 fire dampers are affected by this project. Please consult the plans and specifications in Annexes 4a to 4h for all the details. Plans and specifications take precedence over the statement of work summarized herein.
