Renovation of a water / sewer project in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Clark regional wastewater districtsalmon creek treatment plant door repair and replacement project (rebid) PROJECT SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION - Repair, replace, and repaint hollow metal doors, door frames, and door hardware on buildings throughout the facility. - Replace one (1) overhead sectional door and motor operator and two (2) overhead coiling door and manual operator. Repair overhead doors on buildings throughout the facility. Award of contract is not anticipated to occur prior to December 12, 2023. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the District.
