Renovation of a mixed-use development in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and laboratory facility.
Upgrading of MTW systems serving McGill and Mandler Halls. Replace Heat Exchanger, MTW Pumps and VFDs. Estimated construction cost: $1,000,000 The successful Bidder will be required to have the following California current and active contractor's license at the time of submission of the Bid: General Building Contractor, B. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Lump Sum Base Bid, excluding alternates, shall accompany each Bid. The Surety issuing the Bid Bond shall be, on the Bid Deadline, listed in the latest published State of California, Department of Insurance, list of Insurers Admitted to Transact Surety Insurance in This State. Contractors and subcontractors must use the DIR’s upgraded electronic certified payroll reporting (eCPR) system to furnish certified payroll records (CPRs) to the Labor Commissioner. Contractors and subcontractors who have been submitting PDF copies of their CPRs for earlier projects must also begin using the new system.
