The Department of Military Affairs intends to award on one time contract with a Responsible Contractor for the purpose of renovating the roof of the Wadena National Guard Armory (further defined and in accordance with Exhibit C of the Sample Contract.) THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/SOLICITATION. Responders must submit their bids on the Supplier Portal. No Non-Electronic or email responses will be accepted. The response must be submitted no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. QUESTIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation shall be made in writing to Mrs. Staci Stoerzinger, Staci.Stoerzinger@state.mn.us. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify Staci Stoerzinger in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. Your bid is not submitted until you select the 'Submit Bid' button. You will receive a confirmation message when your bid has been submitted. Print and save your confirmation page. If your response does not comply with the solicitation requirements, it will be rejected. The Department of Military Affairs will award the event to the lowest responsible bidder that meets the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State of Minnesota reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State. Thank you for your interest and participation. All labor, equipment, materials, tools, travel, mobilization and incidentals necessary to perform a complete roof replacement of the Wadena NGA (further defined and in accordance with Exhibit C of the Sample Contract) Responders are responsible for their own measurements and should thoroughly familiarize themselves with all existing conditions and limitations pertaining to the work involved.
