Renovation of a detention facility in Hurricane, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: DHS JJS HURRICANE DWV PIPING UPGRADES HEAT PUMP, FREEZER DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES- DIVISION OF JUVENILE JUSTICE SERVICES HURRICANE, UTAH DFCM PROJECT #24190430 Project Description: o Replace refrigeration equipment walk in cooler and freezer, including indoor evaporators, outdoor condensers, refrigerant piping, equipment controls, etc. o Replace damaged DWV piping above grade with non-corrosive piping. o Replace one water source heat pump unit. o Provide electrical connections and new disconnects for the new equipment. o Disconnect and re-connect controls. o Provide final testing balance and verification. All pre-qualified prime contractors wishing to bid on this project must attend this meeting.
