Kanawha County School is solicitating bids for Inspections and Testing of Backflow Prevention A pre-bid meeting will not be held prior to bid opening. Questions Due Date: Aug 29th 2023, 11:30 AM EDT BID BOND: All Vendors shall furnish a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid protecting the County. The bid bond must be submitted with the bid. See Exhibit B. PERFORMANCE BOND: The apparent successful Vendor shall provide a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract value. The performance bond must be issued and received by the Purchasing Department prior to Contract award. LABOR/MATERIAL PAYMENT BOND: The apparent successful Vendor shall provide a labor/material payment bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract value
