Renovation of a multi-residential development in Shoreline, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Pepper Tree apartments is located in the City of Shoreline, built in 1985, and consists of a three (3) story multifamily building which house 30 individual residential units. The existing structure consist of 2x framing, batt insulation, gwb, weather resistant barrier and fiber cement siding. All of which will be removed down to the existing framing and reinsulated with new batt insulation between the stud bays, ½ fire-retardant wall sheathing, 1 Mineral fiber board insulation, 1x4 furring strips, Tyvek drain wrap and fiber cement siding and trim. The existing roof, barge boards, fascia and soffits will remain in place. The soffits and fascia board, and barge boards will be repainted. Bid Bond or Certified Check will be returned to the Unsuccessful Bidders within Ten (10) Days after the Contract Award. The King County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
