The St. Mary Parish School Board is seeking Statements and Qualifications (SOQ) from highly qualified Construction Management Firms interested in providing Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services for Franklin Senior High School renovations. Statements of Qualifications which have not been received by aforementioned deadline date and time will be rejected. Additionally, failure to submit all of the information on the official SOQ package may be considered non- responsive and may result in Qualification Statements being rejected.
