Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as construction of roadway, parking lot, walking trails, permeable road bases, stormwater management features, culverts and storm drain infrastructure, general site and recreation improvements, restoration of adjacent areas, removal and disposal of existing roadway pavements, removal and disposal of existing culverts, protection of existing utilities; and all materials and equipment, construction, and services inherent to the Work. The Work includes labor, material and equipment, services required for construction, testing, and commissioning of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents and as more specifically described in the Specifications and Drawings and includes, but is not limited to, the following principal features. 1. Site clearing; 2. Protection of existing utilities; 3. Removal and disposal of existing roadway pavements; 4. Removal and disposal of existing culverts; 5. Construction of roadway (approximately 1,400 linear feet); 6. Construction of a parking lot (approximately 42 spaces); 7. Construction of walking trail (approximately 1,100 linear feet); 8. Construction of permeable road bases; 9. Construction of stormwater management features; 10. Installation of culverts and storm drain infrastructure; 11. General site and recreational improvements; and 12. Landscaping and restoration of adjacent areas.
