Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of September 18, 2023 this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on the middle of October. Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: Mobilize equipment and personnel; Clean and televise sanitary sewer lines; Rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer lines by method of pipe bursting or cured-in-place lining; Rehabilitation of non-fiberglass manholes; Sanitary service connections; Post-TV of rehabilitated sewer lines; Clean-up and restoration. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER in writing not less than five (5) business days prior to the date for opening of Bids. No response will be provided to a Bidder's oral question if the question involves an interpretation of the intent or meaning of the Contract Documents, or the equality or use of products or methods other than those designated or described on the Drawings or in the Specifications.
