Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Vernal, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The following are Mandatory Minimum Requirements that MUST be met or exceeded, and be specifically addressed or referenced in the submitted proposal to be eligible for consideration. If the following bullet points are not addressed, the offeror will be considered non-responsive. The proposal must be submitted prior to the deadline listed in section 3 New VCT tile must be VCT II Tarkett 12 x 12 with a 3.18 mm thickness. Proposers must calculate exact sq. ft. for the proposal. Proposals must include three references of completed projects of similar size and scope. Proposal must provide a project schedule with a completion date no later than December 20, 2023. This date may be extended as long both parties agree to the extension. Must provide Manufacturers warranty to obtain proposals from qualified industry experts that can provide all tools, equipment, labor, and materials needed to properly remove and dispose of current VCT flooring and baseboards, properly clean and prep the surface for new VCT II flooring, and install new VCT II flooring with rubber baseboards.
