Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Worthington, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

This controller replacement and installation project will be a coordinated effort during normal office hours with the Nobles County Maintenance Department and the Nobles County I.T. Department, respectively. Nobles Countys Prairie Justice Center now uses existing controllers for: air handling units, chiller, boilers, and VAV boxes. The controller(s) replacement and system architecture requires connection to the County's LAN/WAN as a part of providing the controlling infrastructure. The controllers are (JCI) Facility, F4-CGM/F4-CVM, general purpose programmable controllers (PCGs). New controllers are to be provided at the field level and are to be configured and programmed with the LAN/WAN at the Nobles County Government Center, 315 10th Street, Worthington, MN. The programmable controller tool needs to be used and is made available by the PCG manufacturer. The programmable controller tool shall connect to PCGs for programming via LAN/WAN routed through a Niagara-4 network. The County reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids or to negotiate an agreement in the best interests of the County and at the discretion of the Nobles County Board of Commissioners. Additional contract items will be addressed with the selected contractor, including and not exclusive to insurance provisions.
