The City of Ottawa, Roads and Parking Services branch has a requirement for snow and ice maintenance and removal services to be provided simultaneously at various City of Ottawa parking lots and garages. The services to be provided by the Contractor under this contract consists of the plowing, hand shoveling and removal of accumulated snow and the supply and application of salt and sand and/or winter grit as required to maintain completely cleared driving surfaces (bare pavement), pedestrian passageways, stairwell areas, landings at City of Ottawa parking lots and parking garages contained herein.
