Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Schertz, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project Magnitude: $1,200,000.00 - $1,600,000.00 The intent of this project is to to replace the existing access control and video surveillance systems with new GENETEC access control and GENETEC video surveillance systems. Projects are located within the Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City School District. Consistent with Education Code 44.031(b) and applicable state rules, the District will open, evaluate and either accept or reject the proposal(s), based on the RFCSP's criteria. Consistent with Texas Government Code 552.104, proposals are not public information until a recommendation has been made to and accepted by the District's Board of Trustees. Proposal responses must be clearly identified with the RFCSP number, description, and to the attention of the Purchasing Department. The Purchasing Department may open unmarked submissions to properly identify them. Respondents are advised to correctly mark submissions to protect the integrity of the proposal. Respondents accept all responsibility for forwarding the proposal to the address above within the specified time or it is unresponsive. The Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in the best interest of the district and to waive any formalities or irregularities in the RFCSP process.
