2023 City Hall Roof Replacement Project A "Notice to Proceed" is anticipated for October 1, 2023. The work shall be scheduled and completed within a normal Monday - Friday 40-hour work week and the contractor shall have the Project complete, including restoration, on the completion date of November 30, 2023 No pre-Bid meeting will be held for this project Bid security in the amount of five (5%) percent of the Base Bid offered by the bidder as indicated on the Bid Proposal form shall accompany the bid submittal. Payment Bond. If the Contract Sum is in excess of $50,000 or if required on the Notice of Award, the Contractor shall furnish within five (5) days of notification of contract award a satisfactory Payment Bond in the full amount of the Contract Sum. Performance and Maintenance Bond. The Contractor shall also furnish within five (5) days of notification of contract award a satisfactory Performance and Maintenance Bond in the full amount of the Bid based on the bid quantities listed on the Bid Proposal form. Prevailing Wage.
