Site work, new construction and addition to a municipal facility in Hermitage, Missouri. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Hickory County is requesting qualified providers to propose facility modernizations, potential new additions/construction, and energy conservation measures through a facility modernization project. Inquiries concerning this Request may also be made to the Clerk. Hickory County reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any and all proposals. Hickory County reserves the right to accept the most advantageous proposal for the County. The project site is open to the public. Contractors are welcome to visit the site in person as needed to provide an accurate bid. The town has already secured all state/federal permits for the project. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining a building permit from Hertford County Questions will be answered by e-mail to all respondents
