All questions or request for interpretation must be received by August 23, 2023 @ 5:00 P.M. as addressed above. All questions or requests for interpretation concerning the solicitation received after August 23, 2023 @ 5:00 P.M. will be considered void and unacceptable .This contract shall be effective for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase order on or around September 25, 2023 – September 24, 2024. The City may request a three (3) year option to renew. First renewal September 25, 2024 – September 24, 2025, second renewal September 25, 2025 – September 24, 2026, and third renewal from September 25, 2026 – September 24, 2027. This option to extend is contingent on budget availability and City Council approval and set to expire September 24, 2027, however, should the budget not be approved the contract shall terminate effective September 30 of each year. The City of Huntsville reserves the right to award to the most responsible and responsive bidder in the best interest of the City based on price and/or based on best value meeting the requirements for this service.
