2023 Street Rehabilitation ARPA Coal Creek Force Main Street Improvements Schedule 1 and Schedule 2. The work contemplated under this contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and service necessary for, and reasonably incidental to the completion of all construction and mechanical work in connection with the project described in the specifications and the accompanying drawing(s). Compliance with the Davis Bacon Act is mandatory if the total project cost exceeds $10,000,000 (ten million dollars). The time allowed for completion of all items of work shall be 90 consecutive calendar days, which time shall begin the tenth (10th) day after issuance of the Work Order. Each bidder shall accompany his original bid, filed with the Wagoner Public Works Authority, City of Wagoner, Wagoner County. OK, with a certified or Cashier's Check on a solvent bank located in Oklahoma, or a Bidder's Bond, in the amount of five (5) percent of the amount bid. Construction, Maintenance and Statutory Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price are required for this project. Funding for this project is provided through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant program and the City of Wagoner. As such, compliance with Labor Standards Contract Provisions is mandatory. The Owner may withhold, permanently from the Contractor's total compensation, the sum of $500.00 per calendar day or an amount equal to actual damages incurred by the Owner, whichever is greater, as stipulated damages for such delay. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities as may be deemed best and in the Owner's interest.
