1 Provide complete, fully tested and operational mechanical systems to meet requirements described herein and in complete accord with applicable codes and ordinances. Include all costs to obtain all permits and to pay for all fees and charges, including inspection charges by the authorities that issue the permits. Coordinate all related inspections including but not limited to pressure piping, vessels, chemical treatment and critical environment pressure control and filtration. .2 Contract documents of the Specifications and Drawings, are generally diagrammatic and approximately to scale unless detailed otherwise. They establish scope, material and installation quality and are not detailed installation instructions. .3 Follow manufacturer's recommended installation details and procedures for equipment, supplemented by requirements of Contract Documents. Provide adequate access space for maintenance and service. .4 Install material and equipment generally in locations and routes shown, close to building structure with minimum interference with other services or free space.
