Bid Bond Yes (5%) The City of Plantation, is seeking to obtain competitive bids from qualified Contractor for the purpose of "Maintenance Dredging of the Royal Palm Estate Canal". The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, vehicles, travel, licenses, insurances, traffic control, and incidentals for the maintenance dredging in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation document. This Project is located in City of Plantation within the Royal Palm Estates Sec 2 B 73-40. The purpose of the project is to perform maintenance dredging, removal and disposal of approximately 2,000 cubic yards of muck and organic material. A Bid Bond is required for this solicitation the original bid bond shall be received at the Office of the City Clerk, City of Plantation, 400 NW 73 rd Ave, Plantation, Florida 33317, BEFORE the due date of the solicitation. Bids will be opened, read and recorded pursuant to State of Florida Law and City of Plantation code.
