Title of Requirement: United States (U.S) Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Audio-Visual (A/V) Refresh, Kansas City District (NWK), Kansas City, Missouri (MO) Description of Requirement: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, vehicles, and equipment necessary for an A-V Support Contract to acquire assistance in developing the technical of work to upgrade the A-V systems in the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) within NWK's Headquarters in the Bolling Federal Building. NWK will hire the services of an A-V Consultant to develop the technical requirements for the contract and provide technical advice in the evaluation of proposals. This is a new requirement. The Bidder Inquiry System will be unavailable for new inquiries ten calendar days before proposal due date to ensure adequate time is allotted to form an appropriate response to inquiries and amend the solicitation if necessary.
