The Architecture & Engineering Division is accepting qualifications for architectural and/or engineering services for the following prioritized bundles of projects. Due to the unprecedented number of projects appropriated during the 68th Legislative Session, individual projects have been bundled together and organized by waves to minimize the impact on the design and construction industry. You will find the bundles are by location, State Agency, or project type with individual project budgets ranging from $200,000 - $5,800,000 within the bundles. Firms that respond to this RFQ are to have relevant experience and expertise with similar projects, be able to work on multiple projects concurrently, and have strong organizational and project scheduling skills. This may result in staggered design timelines and separate/multiple bid packages. The firm will be required to submit an overall schedule to A&E after a timeline is determined for all projects within the bundle. The State reserves the right to add or subtract projects to a bundle. It is anticipated that the projects will be competitively bid regardless of the number of bid packages. A&E does not anticipate utilizing an alternative delivery method for these bundles but may choose to do so at its discretion.
