PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construct a temporary pavilion shelter over an existing Historical Structure, the Walnut Hill Privy - Valley Forge National Historical Park, Pennsylvania The work will include all construction, labor, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and travel necessary to complete the work.
