Renovation of a multi-residential development in Malone, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The Project consists of removing the existing sheetrock corridor ceilings and replacing with new acoustical ceilings; removal of all corridor ceiling mounted fixtures and reinstallation of all fire alarm and cameras related equipment; removal of all nurse call corridor fixtures and wiring back to the junction box; installation of new / additional fire alarm devices; removal of existing switchgear and related equipment and replacement with new; replacement of two corridor distribution panels, related conduit and wire; removal and replacement of feeders to apartment panel boxes;and all other removals and improvements outlined on the contract drawings. Proposals in excess of $100,000 must be accompanied by either a Bid Bond issued by a surety company which shall insure the Owner to the extent of ten percent (10%) of the Proposal or a certified check to be used by the Owner to insure the Owner in lieu of a bid bond to the extent of five percent (5%) of the Proposal. Proposals less than $100,000 must be accompanied by a certified or bank check in the amount of 5% of the proposal. A performance and payment bond will not be required from the selected contractor for proposals less than $100,000, However the Owner may require another form of security for faithful performance.
