*Project canceled - no bid submissions received Reference number : 1756135 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-09-06 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document In November 2022, a fire considerably damaged the canvas of the MRCT's Residual Materials Transfer Center located at 641, route 391 in St-Edouard-de-Fabre. A mini-dome has been temporarily installed in the Transfer Center to store recyclable materials. The insurances (engineer and chemist) evaluated the structure of the dome and they estimated that a simple cleaning with water will solve the problem of the acid of the smoke on the structure. A neutral or basic (non-acidic) soap with water may be added. The MRCT is therefore requesting bids for the cleaning of the structure, the replacement of the Transfer Center canvas and the relocation of the mini-dome, under the "turnkey" concept.
