Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lynchburg, Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project will be funded by DEQ Administered American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Wastewater Funds, which include CSO grant and associated State Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund (CWRLF). According to the funding requirements, all federal grant must be disbursed by December 31, 2026 with substantial completion of the project and compliance with Federal provisions such as Davis-Bacon and American Iron and Steel (AIS) will be required. All requests for clarification of or questions regarding this RFQ must be made in writing and received by 2:00 PM, September 22, 2023 The City is soliciting qualification submissions from contractors interested in performing the work for CSO 52. Includes storage tunnel and pump station.
