Renovation of a water / sewer project in La Plata, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Scope of Services for this project includes all direct and incidental work necessary to perform the work identified in this solicitation. The Contractor shall not commence work under the Scope of Services prior to receiving a written notice from the County. The notice will only be in the form of an official Notice-to-Proceed (NTP) letter from Charles County Department of Public Works. Any other form of authorization for the start of work on this project does not constitute approval by the County. There will be no separate payment by the County for performing tasks within the Scope of Services. The cost associated with these items shall be considered incidental expenses and included in the base bid items. Question Deadline 10/09/2023 at 8:00 AM ET MBE Participation (%) 0.25 The County Commissioners of Charles County are hereby requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide a new truck bay and lime storage and feed systems. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received when such waiver is in the best interest of Charles County.
