Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Westwego, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Contractor shall hold a Louisiana Contractors license in Building Construction Classification. The Work of this Contract comprises of adding new fabric shade covers at the City of Westwegos Louis Marrero Park and upgrading the lighting in the gymnasium to LED lights, and all other incidental work as detailed on the Plans and stated in the Specifications Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond acceptable to the Owner, in the amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid and payable without conditions to the Owner as a guarantee that the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will promptly execute a Contract in accordance with his proposal and all terms and conditions of the Contract Documents.
