Renovation of an educational facility in Mankato, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a four-story above grade, one-unit, 95-room educational facility.
Project Scope: The project consists of the installing through wall sleeves for new AC Units in all McElroy G Hall student rooms (AC Units provided by Owner). Project also includes furnishing and installing new floor mounted radiators and mechanical work necessary for new radiators, including all new hydronic piping and controls. There will be miscellaneous selective demolition associated with the hydronic piping replacement along with construction of new vertical piping chases. The inside of all student rooms will also be painted as part of the project. Work shall include all materials and labor for the project. If any Bidder is in doubt as to the meaning of any part of the Bidding Documents, Drawings and Specifications, they may submit a written request to the contact below for an interpretation of that part.
