Renovation of a municipal facility in Bridgeton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

In accordance with n.J.S.A. 52:32-2, this project shall be bid as a single bid (lump sum all trades). Bidder must be classified themselves or name their Classified subcontractor(s) for the following trade(s): Plumbing (C030) Electrical (C047) The Proposal, when submitted, shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond satisfactory to the Director, for the sum of not less than fifty percent (50%) of the Total Bid including alternates, if applicable. Project Duration: One Hundred and Twenty (120) consecutive calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed (NTP) issued by the State of New Jersey. Work must be completed during second or third shifts, or weekends. The main work area measures approximately 550 square feet
