Fence Removal and Replacement at Clay County Fire Station # 23. Project Location: Clay County Fire Station # 23 6837 County Road 315C, Keystone Heights, Fl. 32656 The Clay County Board of County Commissioners are requesting Bids from licensed Contractors to remove the existing wood fence and install a new chain link fence at the Clay County Fire Station #23 located at 6837 County Road 315C, Keystone Heights, FL 32656. The point of contact for this project will be the Building Maintenance Superintendent for Clay County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Work includes, but is not limited to obtaining and providing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the project and the following tasks: Remove and dispose of all existing wood privacy panel fence (Approximately 776 feet) and gate Install new 6' x 8 gauge black chain link fence with standard bottom wire (Approximately 776 feet) 3" x 8' x 40 weight (wt) terminal/end/ gate post and caps 2 1/2 " x 8' x 40wt terminal/end posts and caps 2" x 8' x 40wt line post and caps 1 5/8 " x 20wt top rail (Approximately 776 feet) Install one (1) 4' x 6' walk gate, installed in the existing gate location. The Contractor shall be assessed Liquidated Damages (LD) of $100.00 for each day past final completion date set by the contract.
