Site work and paving for a civil project in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of October 27,2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. This project will include water and sewer improvements along Pearl Street, North Brevard Street, North Orange Street, Bruen Street, and John Street. Existing septic tank systems are to be abandoned as well as existing lateral connections and existing private grinder pump assemblies, electrical components, level controls, and tanks. The work includes restoration of asphalt paving by milling and resurfacing. This will include work on private property to abandon septic tanks, reconfigure private plumbing, and connect residents to the new sewer infrastructure. The City of St. Augustine reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all respondents, to waive any informality in or to reject any or all of Bids if deemed to be in its best interest. The City also reserves the right to award a contract on such material(s) as the City deems will best serve its interest. Every Request for Written Interpretation or Correction Must Be Received by September 17, 2023.
