As part of the upgrade, the County will procure up to eight (8) communication equipment shelters buildings of various sizes (each referred to herein as Shelter and collectively, the Shelters). The Shelters will house and protect various microwave and radio communications equipment utilized by the Countys Department of Emergency Response as part of a public safety radio communications upgrade. The County reserves the right to reject any bid as non-responsive if compliance with the specification is not clearly evident.
