Reference Number 0000254875 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/09/05 11:59:00 PM EDT The Municipality of Mississippi Mills is seeking proposals from qualified firms to complete a curbside residential waste composition study. This study will provide an analysis of the curbside waste being disposed of from residential sources in both urban and rural areas of the Municipality and present options for future diversion streams. General liability insurance in the amount of Two (2) Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00), per occurrence, with no aggregate limit, to insure against any liability for property damage or personal injury, negligence including death, which may arise from the Contractor, or its employees operations under this contract. Or if there is an aggregate limit Commercial General Liability Insurance issued on an occurrence basis for an amount of not less than Two (2) Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00), per occurrence, with an aggregate limit of no less than Five (5) Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) for any negligent acts or omissions by the Contractor relating to their obligations under this Agreement. Mississippi Mills is seeking a qualified consultant to develop a workplan for and undertake a curbside residential waste composition study (Study). The successful consultant is expected to develop a sample plan that proposes methodology to obtain a representative sample of curbside residential sources for both rural and urban areas. The expected sample size includes 50 total samples with half from the urban area and half from the rural area of Mississippi Mills. The Study will provide an analysis of curbside garbage composition.
