Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) is a publicly-owned water and sewer service agency with approximately 44,000 water service and 35,000 sewer service connections, serving a population of approximately 145,000. The project is within EVMWD's boundaries and is located within the City of Canyon Lake. Q&A Deadline 09/05/2023 10:00 AM Online Q&A Yes EVMWD intends to initiate this project on November 2023, anticipating completion on June 2024. The due date for questions shall be on August 29, 2023 This RFP solicits Construction Management and Observation services as the Owner's Representative on the Canyon Lake Sewer Rehabilitation Project. The project will rehabilitate approximately 94 LF of 6-inch VCP sewer main, approximately 2700 LF of existing 8-inch VCP sewer main, approximately 50 LF of existing 8-inch CI sewer main, approximately 700 LF of existing 12-inch VCP sewer main, in critical condition using cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) or spiral wound lining method with 30 locations requiring spot repairs prior to performing the lining. The work will also include the reinstatement of house laterals; sewer bypassing; and all other work as indicated in the Contract Documents.
