Renovation of a mixed-use development in Macon, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Construction of the Project as required by the Contract Documents. The Work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, services, and related activities and procedures necessary to produce the completed construction as shown on the Drawings and required by the Specifications. ESSER (Hvac) Upgrades and Improvements at Noxubee County School District All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, and must be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or a Bid Bond. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and a Payment Bond written by a company licensed to do business in Mississippi, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. The successful bidder will be allowed 180 calendar days from the date of issuance of Notice to Proceed to complete the project. Questions regarding plan clarifications or request for information should be directed to the architect as follows: M3A Architecture PLLC/William L. McElroy AIA, NCARB 601-981-1227 - P 601-983- 4444 - F Attn: Kali Blakeney - Project Manager. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $500.00 per day for each calendar day the work is not substantially complete. The Noxubee County School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities, also to withhold the acceptance of any bid if approved, for forty-five calendar days from the date bids are opened.
