Whatcom County Parks & Recreation is requesting bids for the Roof and Siding Replacement project at Lighthouse Marine Park, located at 811 Marine Drive, Point Roberts, Washington. The contractor will provide all materials and labor necessary to remove and dispose of the existing roofing and siding materials and install a new cementitious plank panel siding system, a new composition shingle roof, and other work as further described in the bid documents. Award will be made to the lowest qualified responsive / responsible bidder. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities.
