Cost Range: $30,000 - $40,000 The purpose of this solicitation is to find a qualified company to refurbish a greenhouse, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion. The goal is a modern and functional greenhouse that meets the needs of its users. The contractor shall perform the following services to the existing greenhouse at the Pee Dee State Farmers Market. Your offer should include all other information and documents requested in this part and in parts II.B. Special Instructions; III. Scope of Work; V. Qualifications; VIII. Bidding Schedule/Price Proposal; and any appropriate attachments addressed in Part IX. Attachments to Solicitations. Recover existing frame with double plastic cover top and sides
o Install 30% Shade cloth over plastic covering.
o Replace missing or damaged polycarbonate panels.
o Replace 6 sections of the upper cooler wall.
o Install new baffles for cooler wall
o Replace vent motor control, mount new higher than existing - VC 100A o Replace motor for 2 large fans
o Repair, replace or adjust Louvers on existing 4 fans.
o Install 4 circular fans (Existing discarded) End date: 02/01/2024. Dates provided are estimates only. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
