Reference Number 0000328504 The purpose of this contractor is to simplify and expedite the execution of small heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) construction projects at the University of West Florida Pensacola Main Campus (Lot 1) and Ft. Walton Emerald Coast campus (Lot 2), and UWF Historic Trust Properties in downtown Pensacola (Lot 3). The intent of this contract is to establish a pool of HVAC Contractors to be utilized on an "as needed, per job" basis. Each individual project included within the scope of this contract will have a maximum total construction cost of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00). Contractors may bid all or either of the Pensacola Main Campus (Lot 1), the Ft. Walton Emerald Coast Campus (Lot 2) and the UWF Historic Trust properties (Lot 3), but must submit separate bid cost proposals for each location.
