Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The project consists of furnishing and installing one (1) 3-ton HVAC unit and related appurtenances at the bath house in Shannon Springs Park and one (1) 3.5-ton HVAC unit and related appurtenances at the Chickasha Sports Complex large concession building in Chickasha, Oklahoma. It is the sole responsibility of the proponent to ensure that this proposal is actually in the City Hall of the City of Chickasha prior to the expiration of the time and date mentioned. Upon consideration of the proposals, the City of Chickasha reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive technicalities and to make any investigation deemed necessary concerning the proponent's ability to provide the services as covered by the specifications, and to accept what in their judgment is the most advantageous proposal. Due to the type of project this is, the contractor will be able to use tax and sales tax exempt on this project.
