Perform Diagnostic Service on all GRDA Hydro & GREC (18 Compressors at four (4) Different Locations) for a 1-year period with option to renew up to 4-one year renewal options. Price to Include All Travel, Mileage, And Expenses. This Diagnostic Service is to be done once at the start of the service period and at six (6) month intervals thereafter at each of the four locations: Kerr Dam (Locust Grove, Ok), Grand River Energy Center (Chouteau, OK), Pensacola Dam (Langley, Ok), & Salina Pumped Storage (Salina, OK), Diagnostic Service To Include: 1. Lubricant oil analysis 2. Vibration analysis on bearings 3. Complete inspection of compressor for proper operating condition. 4. Advise GRDA personnel of deficiencies & provide service/repair recommendations. All replacement parts shall be quoted "FOB: Destination" and authorized by the above mentioned representatives before purchase or installation by vendor. Vendor service personnel shall provide a service receipt at each GRDA facility documenting time and details of inspection or repair work signed by GRDA personnel. Vendor shall provide a single 24 hour telephone number for emergency repair service and shall commence emergency repairs within 24 hours. The prospective bidder shall include rates for all costs associated with the defined work scope including basic and overtime rates (as well as definitions of straight time, overtime and double-time), observed holidays, travel time, mileage charges and other applicable charges.
