As of Sept 11, 2023 the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established . Proposal must be upon the forms furnished by Senate Engineering Company and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the form attached to the Contract Documents, in the amount of 10% of the Bid, made payable to South Bethlehem Borough. The work includes 1,848 SF of concrete sidewalk replacement and 4,560 SY of milling, and 4,560 SY of bituminous paving. South Bethlehem Borough reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all proposals, for any reason whatsoever. Bidders must agree to commence work on or before a dale to be specified in a written Notice to Proceed of the Owner and to fully complete the project within....90....consecutive calendar days
