The Contractor will be responsible for Salting and removing snow from parking lots, sidewalks, loading docks and building entrances. This can be done by mechanical or manual means. The Contractor shall provide these services on an as-needed basis when two (2) inches of snow accumulates, or any amount of ice has accumulated on sidewalks, parking lots, building entrances, or as requested by the University Contract Manager. Snow must be hauled from the sites, to the Contractors own locations, when there is excessive snowfall, or as requested by the Contract Manager. Contract term: 3 Years Question Deadline 09/13/2023 at 10:00 AM ET The University reserves the right to request financial data that would adequately reflect financial stability to support the execution of a Contract
