Eagle Mountain City is requesting bids from responsible firms or individuals for repair work to be done on two phases of the Sunset Flats subdivision located in Eagle Mountain. This is a completed subdivision with incomplete warranty work that will need repair. Punchlist and Bid schedules will be provided by the city for all work to be completed. This project will consist of two punch lists for two phases of the Sunset Flats' subdivision. This work will involve repairs throughout the subdivision that includes concrete, asphalt, storm drain, sewer, water, and street related work. Bid Bond for 5% of the total project required at time of bid submission 100% Performance Bond will be posted by the approved contractor when the contract is signed 100% Payment Bond will be posted by the approved contractor when the contract is signed. Bids will be opened on or around the bid closing date. Vendors who submit a bid will be notified of the results via email. The email will include a spreadsheet of all vendors and the amounts of the bids submitted for the project. Please include the name and email address of your contact person in the letter of transmittal so we can send the notification of bid results. Once a vendor is chosen for the awarded contract all vendors will be notified of the vendor who will be awarded the contract. The contract will be awarded upon city council approval.
