Reference Number 0000254764 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/09/05 03:00:00 PM EDT Addition of a waste compactor room between axes 26 and 28: Supply and installation of a foundation wall on a continuous footing; Supply and installation of concrete block partitions; Supply and installation of a steel structure to form a ceiling/floor; Supply and installation of cementitious coating to fireproof the existing structure; Compartmentalization of the waste compactor room (fire separation of 2 hrs re fire resistance) in the parking lot; Supply and installation of large sliding doors in metal siding (corrugated and perforated), frames and hardware; Supply and installation of steel swing door, frame and hardware; All finishing works. All work must be completed by the Contractor with due diligence no later than (120) calendar days from the date of award of the contract by the MPA.
