Site work and paving for a civil project in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
1. Base Bid for the Lift Station Includes: Morton Lift Station Construction, all Work Shown on Plans and Described in Specifications Including as follows, incuding but not Limited to: Lift Station Discharge Piping, Installation of pumps, Including all Piping, Fittings, Guide Rails, Lift Chains, Vent, Hatches, Valves, Electrical Modifications, Lighting and Receptacles; electrical equipment. Installation including, but not limited to, lift station control panel, terminal boxes, floodlight, service structure, main breaker, manual transfer switch, conduit, wire, and all ancillary devices as shown on construction drawings Necessary to Complete the Work for a Complete and Operating System. 2. Sitework, including underground utilities, paving, fencing, removal and disposal of existing fencing, clearing, grading, and other items as shown on the plans. 3. CenterPoint Energy. The project involves the rehabilitation of the existing lift station located within the right of way of Morton Road in the City of Katy. The project also includes all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required for the project. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, machinery, equipment and all materials necessary to complete this project in accordance with the contract documents.
