The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, required to perform the operation and maintenance service within the area of responsibility of the Dierks Lake Project Office, as specified and in strict accordance with all Terms, Conditions, General, Specific and Technical Provisions, Exhibits, etc., contained herein or incorporated by the reference. Incorporation by reference shall include any and all mandatory provisions required by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) whether it is referenced or not referenced, current at time of award.
