Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Albion, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Constructing approximately 1,800 LF of concrete sidewalk. Work also includes excavation, clearing and grubbing, grading, demo of existing sidewalk, removal and relocation of signage as required, and other miscellaneous items to complete the work. Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified cashier's check or a corporate bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the City of Albion in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of not less than 100% of the contract price. The Project is expected to be completed by November 14, 2023 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
