Durham College is accepting proposals for a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) system similar to that described in the DC Whitby Campus - Draft Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Study. Suppliers will be responsible for all labour, installation, material, equipment and associated capital costs for the CHP system. The Supplier will own and operate the CHP system over the term of the contract. For clarity, Durham College does not wish to contract with a Supplier that requires the institution to contribute to any expenditure for the equipment or ongoing operational costs. Tender has been cancelled. If/when the project will be re-tendered is undetermined at this time.
