Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Joliette, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for the construction of a 60,000-square-foot, two-story above grade, 23-room educational facility.
Construction of an elementary school in Joliette for Des Samares School Service Center in Joliette. The new building will house 23 classrooms, sports facilities, a library, multipurpose rooms, administrative staff rooms and service equipment rooms. TIMELINE: Due to funding constraints and the need to make a budget compression to the school funding system, the Quebec government has put this project on hold at the preliminary design stage. Timelines for a tender and construction are not finalized. Further update in spring/summer 2026.
