Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Joliette, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for the construction of a 60,000-square-foot, two-story above grade, 23-room educational facility.
Construction of an elementary school in Joliette for Des Samares School Service Center in Joliette. The new building will house 23 classrooms, sports facilities, a library, multipurpose rooms, administrative staff rooms and service equipment rooms. TIMELINE: Due to funding constraints and the need to make a budget compression to the school funding system, the Quebec government has put this project on hold at the preliminary design stage. Samares School Board announced that the new school project Joliette was suspended indefinitely due to overall budget constraints. Timelines for a tender and construction are not finalized. Further update in fall/late 2026.
